Established in 2001, we have grown from a founder led practice into an award winning business supporting small and medium sized enterprises across the region and beyond. With offices in Milton Keynes and Cambridgeshire, and as part of the ETL Global network, we combine local relationships with international strength.

2001

Founded

Ad Valorem Group is established, rooted in family values, with a focus on supporting small businesses growth ambitions.

2011

Tax Team Established

A dedicated Tax Team was established to provide specialist support in more complex and technical areas, giving clients access to deeper expertise and proactive tax planning.

2014

Sales & Marketing Team Established

A dedicated Sales and Marketing team was launched to strengthen client relationships, drive sustainable growth and ensure a consistent pipeline of new opportunities for the firm and its people.

2016

Launched AV Cloud

AV Cloud was launched as a dedicated cloud accounting team, focused on Xero and digital solutions. Created to help clients embrace modern systems and real time insight, the department played a key role in shaping the future of the firm’s core accountancy services.

2017

Acquired KBC Accounting

A small, well regarded local practice, KBC Accounting joined the firm, enhancing our local presence and welcoming new clients and colleagues into the team.

2019

Acquired Taylor Roberts

Taylor Roberts joined the firm, further strengthening our compliance expertise and regional footprint, with the acquisition bringing in experienced leaders including our Compliance Director, Tom Foot.

2020

Xero Mid-Size Firm of the Year

Recognised at the Xero Awards for excellence in cloud accounting.

2022

Acquired ECL & Liric

ECL and Liric joined the firm, expanding our audit and advisory capabilities, with the former Audit Director and Partner of ECL becoming part of the leadership team.

2024

Going Global
